🫙 Optional: Canning Instructions

Fill sterilized half-pint jars with hot ketchup (leave ½" headspace).
Wipe rims, apply lids, and process in boiling water for 15 minutes.
Cool for 12–24 hours, check seals, and store for up to 1 year.
