We're the Reed family — Baylee, Erik, and our two adventurous boys, Calhen and Mattis. Our little corner of the internet is where homesteading, family life, and a love of real, homemade food come together.
Baylee
Baylee is the heart of Wild Apple Homestead. She's a creator, storyteller, and the one you'll see most often on our YouTube channel. Whether she's baking sourdough, experimenting with wholesome recipes, or teaching our boys through hands-on projects, Baylee brings energy and creativity to everything she does. She's also an author, with her children's books and our family's sourdough guide available on Amazon.
👨👩👦👦 The Family
Behind the scenes, Erik is our builder and problem-solver, helping with everything from website design to homestead projects. Our two boys, Calhen (our soccer-loving adventurer) and Mattis (our creative little builder), bring endless energy and inspiration to everything we do. They're often the reason behind our family-friendly recipes and the spark for many of our outdoor adventures.
Together, we're learning, growing, and sharing our journey toward a more intentional, homemade life.
